Shipping

Current Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping begins in April once temperatures are consistently safe for live plants. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Orders placed during winter will be held and shipped once conditions allow, starting in April.

Shipping Options

Local Pick-up — Free Local pick-up in Saanich, BC is available. Please provide your contact information so a pick-up date and time can be arranged.

Standard Shipping — $25.00 Flat-rate shipping is available across Canada.

Combining Orders

We offer combined shipping for multiple orders. For orders placed between December and March 15th, you will only pay one shipping fee. Please use the same email address and the code COMBINERSHIP for each additional order. Combined shipping is also available after March 15th by request — just reach out to us.

Shipping & Handling

We pack every order with care, but once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee against damage during transit. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival and documenting any issues with photos. If something does go wrong, please contact us and we'll do our best to help, including assisting with carrier claims.
